Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including for change of mind. This applies to the one-time £2.99 bundle of 3 additional checks.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at napchecker1@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you. Please include the email address used for the purchase.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes a few business days once Paddle has processed the refund. Any unused check credits linked to your email address are removed when a refund is issued.

Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland (UK law), and the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
